We value your privacy

We understand that by using our services you trust us with the information you provide.  We value that trust and will do everything in our power to honor that trust by behaving politely and discretely with your data.  Our services involve collecting and using the information provided by our customers, clients, and users relating to their transaction(s).  Only with proper and accurate information can we provide our services.  In recognizing this partnership, please read the following specific points.


By using our services, you are consenting to our collection, use, disclosure, transfer and storage of any information we receive in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Personal Data

We only use your personal data to service your needs.  Information you give us is stored on our server so we can process your transaction.  We only keep track of the purchases of customers and, in addition, the signup information of our clients.  In order for the event organizers to know who registered we have to share basic ticket-holder information with them such as name and ticket options chosen.  We will not share further personal information without your consent.  If you choose to share further personal information with the event organizer it will be by “opt-in” only.

Credit Card Data

We do not store your full credit card information on our servers or in temporary files.  We only store a few of the numbers so we can properly track the sale and show proof of purchase.  We are in compliance with the Credit Card industry standard called the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Disclosure to third parties

We will not share your information with any third parties, except as directed by subpoena from a bona-fide law enforcement agency.

Computer Information

We track the interaction of your computer with our servers but we don’t read anything off your computer that isn’t already part of your interaction with us.  We merely record the requests for web pages and related data.  If you don’t send it to us, we don’t have it.  Note: If you turn off “cookies” in your browser, our web site might not work as expected and you will have reduced ability to use our services.  For more information about this technology, click here.


Any surveys and market research we do is not combined with any direct interaction with our services.  The marketing is to learn how to serve you better.  The personal information you give us does not mix with that marketing.  It is confidential.


With your consent we may occasionally send you emails regarding our service offerings.  If you choose to share your email address with an event organizer they might contact you by email.  Please contact them directly for their email policy if this is a concern. 

One company

Safe Pay Events Inc. is a single company entity.  In the event Safe Pay Events Inc. were to merge with another company or start a subsidiary company - all these entities are “us” – the company.  Any data that belongs to us now would continue to belong to all the company entities that are “us” in the future.  That data is part of how we operate and would stay with the future entities as well.
